1. Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Please note: Returns are not applicable for customized orders or products imported on a special request.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or issued as credit (based on agreement).
Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. International Orders
Due to the nature of international logistics, we do not accept returns for international orders unless there is a valid quality or shipment error reported with proof within 5 days of delivery.
